Cancellation Policy
Goat Cuddling Policy for Our Homestead Booking: Please ensure that you book your goat cuddling session at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation: If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid any inconveniences. Appropriate Attire: As our homestead is located in the countryside, we recommend wearing boots. No Outside Food: To ensure the health of our goats, please do not bring any outside food. We want to keep our goats healthy and happy. Weather Considerations: Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to severe weather conditions for the safety of our guests and animals. We will notify you in advance if changes are necessary. Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit to ensure their safety and the welfare of the goats. Health and Safety: Please sanitize your hands before and after interacting with the goats. This helps prevent the spread of germs and protects both you and our animals. Photography: Guests are welcome to take photos; however, we ask that you do not use flash photography as it may startle the goats. Feeding the Goats: Feeding our goats is not allowed unless provided and supervised by staff, to ensure that they are only given food that is safe and healthy for them. Respect Our Animals: Gentle handling of the goats is required. We reserve the right to end a session if an animal seems distressed or if a visitor is not handling an animal appropriately. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone involved.
